Vicki is everything you look for in an agent. Patient whilst you select a property after looking at many . Helpful in the transaction particularly when our vendor lived overseas. Then welcoming after the purchase helping with finding tradies and key information on Bundanoon. She is fabulous!
Vicki recently sold our property in Bundanoon for us in record time. She acted with the highest level of professionalism throughout the entire process , kept us updated with any developments and negotiated with our buyer with integrity and honesty. She not only sold our little house, she also assisted us with the next purchase to which we will be forever grateful for. Her knowledge of the Bundanoon area also is second to none as a long time local.
The value of a good agent can’t be underestimated, and that applies for buyers as well as sellers. Vicki designed and implemented a quality marketing campaign for our new home that caught our attention soon after its online launch. It was thoroughly and accurately described, with a comprehensive portfolio of images. We felt we knew the property before our first inspection. As a result, we were able to make an offer on the spot. Vicki’s personable approach, professional knowledge and great communication smoothed the sale process for both sides and gave us all a dream run.
Vicki kept me well informed at every stage of the sale. She was available at all times even during this COVID crisis. Her insights were of great value.
Vicki was a delight! Truthfully and skilfully steering in our sale. Vicki saw the whole thing through with quality service.
