Victor sold my newly developed house in Plympton, being on a main road and close to an industrial factory it did present its challenges. Other Agents who I spoke to, tried to adjust my expectations on price and almost advise I should sell it cheaper to soften the properties weaknesses. However, Victor was the only Agent who highlighted to me all of it's strengths! He advised me on how to present and prepare the property for sale to ensure all of the properties positive features were correct before launching the property. In my opinion, Victor was also the only agent who presented me a marketing proposal which made sense and clearly showed a lot of thought had gone into the strategy, he was able to demonstrate to me a clear pathway of all the opens, touch points with prospective buyers and at what time we would start to narrow down our offers. This gave me a lot of comfort knowing we had milestones and I knew exactly when we would be touching base and a rough end date to work to - other agents couldn't provide this clarity. Finally, the price that was achieved was super satisfying, above my expectations and with great terms. This has been one of my best property experiences and I think I have found my Real Estate agent for life!

Victor was given the difficult task of selling a house, which had been lived in for 59 years and had little done to update it. Despite the enormity of this task, Victor approached it with great passion and determination. The sale of this house corresponded with the Covid 19 shut down of auctions and public open inspections.
