We were very pleased when Vish from Xperience Realty took over the management of our Brisbane property. We had not been happy with either of our 2 previous property managers as the level of communication was poor, property inspections were not being carried out and there were basic accounting errors. Vish at Xperience Realty had a contract on our unit in 5 days. During the period of the contract , through the cooling off period and until the settlement Vish communicated with us very well on what was happening.
