Vivien helped the reviewer sell this property

A professional and hard working team

Vivien recently helped us sell our family home and find another property to move into, and we couldn’t have been happier with both outcomes. She achieved a record price for our home in Nedlands, while also helping us secure our new home at what we felt was a very fair price. Vivien is incredibly hardworking, professional and responsive, and her communication throughout the entire process was excellent. The whole Vivien Yap team are wonderful to deal with, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends, family and clients. In fact, we were so impressed that we’ve just engaged Vivien again for another transaction of our own.
