I can’t fault Vlado, he has sold 2 of out properties in the last 6-7 years and I have nothing but praise, respect and appreciation for his skills in the RE field. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services and if we ever sell a property again he will be the RE. Vlado was excellent to deal with from the start. Selling my house for downsize again was daunting enough in my mind but Vlado made the whole process seamless and got me a sale price far beyond what I ever imagined. I can’t praise Vlado enough. I went with him due to previous positive reviews and was not disappointed. He gave good advice throughout the sales process, all based on what he knew his (buying) clients were looking for and the current state of the market. He also helped us in finding good contractors to tidy up some things we didn’t have time to do. No hard sales, just good, honest explanations and lots of energy. Plus he’s a really nice person. I would buy or sell a property through Vlado.

Vlado was excellent from the beginning to the end of selling our place. He worked within a delicate situation and helped organise all aspects to get the house ready for market. Including on going care of the property once vacant. Vlado negotiated an excellent sale price that was in the listing price range. Even with limited offers, he managed to secure a quick sale and the house was not on the market for long. Communication with vlado was very easy and he was always contactable throughout the time.
