He did an excellent job informing me of the market, listening to my pricing and concerns, and helping to drive the negotiations. I was fully satisfied with Walt's support throughout the entire sales process. Walt was very professional, and his communications were excellent. We spoke frequently on the phone, he would provide ongoing text updates, and the agency provided a weekly summary of details like the number of enquiries and the number of offers.
