Walt is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the house I wanted and the whole way through the process treated me like a human being not like a sale to close. He always made time to speak to me and anytime I needed anything e.g. private inspection outside of open houses, pest and building on top of strata reports etc. he was more than willing to accommodate. You can buy a house from anyone but I prefer to buy from someone I like and trust.
