Wayne also has very good knowledge of the local market and of the real estate industry in general. This allows him to provide advice that is both accurate and trustworthy. Overall I am pleased with the decision to use Wayne to sell my property. My one disappointment relates to the amount I paid in advertising costs, an area that Wayne did not have absolute control over anyway. The amount of approximately $4000 I considered to be excessive especially when the buyers did not see any of this advertising.
