Wayne showed an in depth knowledge of the local Coolangatta beachfront market, was easy to deal with and kept us well informed on both the sale and purchase of our properties. We would happily recommend him.
Most people have a fair idea of what they want in a Unit/Apartment, where they want to live and the likely cost, courtesy of the internet. We liked Wayne because he was east to talk to and did not go on with a hard sell. He did not waste our time with places we weren't keen on or could not afford. It is very unlikely that we will be buying another place in the near future, but if we do Wayne would be the first person we would contact.
I was more than happy with Wayne in both buying and selling the beachfront apartment. At all times he kept me 'in the loop" and informed .His pleasant manner and obvious property knowledge was certainly an advantage to me.I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone wishing to deal with real-estate in his field.
Wayne appeared to have a good local knowledge. He was easy to communicate with and kept us up to date with all aspects of the sale.
After at least 6 months of looking at apartments in Coolangatta, I was becoming very disillusioned with the local agents, seems I’d found an area with some junior agents that were doing their clients (the sellers) absolutely no favours! Then I looked at a unit that fit my requirements where Wayne Bisgrove was the agent. Youngish guy but really professional, approachable and straight to the point. Knew his stuff, answered my questions quickly or chased stuff down. My offer was accepted and then he continued to impress with his level of follow up and help. I would strongly recommend him, he works hard, harder than and more helpful than any agent I’ve ever bought from before. If I was a seller I wouldn’t hesitate to engage him.
We found Wayne Busgrove very professional, friendly and knowlegable. if the opportunity arose again we would certainly use his services again to sell a property and would recommend his services to family and friends.
