i found Wayne to be very professional with the service he provided on the recent sale of my unit. Wayne possessed excellent local market knowledge and provided timely feedback post inspections as well as good daily updates. Wayne met all my expectations from an agent and secured a good result in the sale. I have no hesitation in promoting Wayne as an extremely competent real estate agent.

Wayne was terrific to deal with

Wayne made us feel very relaxed when dealing with him due to his happy and positive outlook. He was upfront with keeping us informed so we could make our own decision rather than to try pressure sell to us.

Thank you Wayne for your professional service in the sale of our apartment in Coolangatta. At all times you kept us well up to date with progress of what was taking place in a pleasant and appropriate manner in quite a difficult market. We are most happy to recommend you and Ray White to any prospective sellers and purchasers in real estate. Kind Regards and veryy best wishes from Clark and Sheryn

Wayne made our buying experience very easy. He always returned our calls and emails promptly and was always polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for all your help Wayne it is much appreciated. Ian and Karen

Both my wife and myself were impressed by Wayne's professional knowledge and insights into Southern Gold Coast property market. Wayne has a very open and engaging personality with superior communication skills which no doubt have contributed to the success that he has achieved in his chosen field of endeavour. We would have no hesitation in using Wayne's services in future real estate dealings if the circumstances arise and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking to sell or purchase property on the Gold Coast.

Wayne showed an in depth knowledge of the local Coolangatta beachfront market, was easy to deal with and kept us well informed on both the sale and purchase of our properties. We would happily recommend him.

Most people have a fair idea of what they want in a Unit/Apartment, where they want to live and the likely cost, courtesy of the internet. We liked Wayne because he was east to talk to and did not go on with a hard sell. He did not waste our time with places we weren't keen on or could not afford. It is very unlikely that we will be buying another place in the near future, but if we do Wayne would be the first person we would contact.

I was more than happy with Wayne in both buying and selling the beachfront apartment. At all times he kept me 'in the loop" and informed .His pleasant manner and obvious property knowledge was certainly an advantage to me.I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone wishing to deal with real-estate in his field.

Wayne appeared to have a good local knowledge. He was easy to communicate with and kept us up to date with all aspects of the sale.

After at least 6 months of looking at apartments in Coolangatta, I was becoming very disillusioned with the local agents, seems I’d found an area with some junior agents that were doing their clients (the sellers) absolutely no favours! Then I looked at a unit that fit my requirements where Wayne Bisgrove was the agent. Youngish guy but really professional, approachable and straight to the point. Knew his stuff, answered my questions quickly or chased stuff down. My offer was accepted and then he continued to impress with his level of follow up and help. I would strongly recommend him, he works hard, harder than and more helpful than any agent I’ve ever bought from before. If I was a seller I wouldn’t hesitate to engage him.

We found Wayne Busgrove very professional, friendly and knowlegable. if the opportunity arose again we would certainly use his services again to sell a property and would recommend his services to family and friends.
