With any real estate property, the market will tell you what the property is worth at the current time. It is up to the vendor to accept a price on the advice given by the agent when he believes he has gained the maximum from the purchaser at the time. Having not quite got what we wanted, the relief that we have now seeing that settlement is over, far out weighs the stress waiting for the possibility of a higher price. Wayne did a great job in a competitive market place.

Wayne was extremely helpful and professional. Wayne always responded in a timely manner and also kept us up to date throughout the sales process.

Wayne Bisgrove gets results. If I left that statement as it is it would only be a justice to my own cause, but an injustice to the greater service that Wayne delivers. Yes, he got 'the sale' but his manner and straightforwardness made it a much rounder and more fulfilling engagement.
