Will Ainsworth annoyed me terribly when I first spoke to him. He was asking too much for a broken down property in Belmont. I tried everything I could think of to buy the property at a reduced price. I bluffed, told half truths and picked on every problem the old property could possibly have. Will always listened carefully and in most cases completely agreed with me, however he still wouldn"t lower the price. Realizing he had me beat in the negotiations department I reluctantly purchased the property for the price he was asking. Months later I needed to sell a long held property in Newtown and therefore needed to recruit a selling agent. There are many good reliable real estate agents in Geelong and those who I have dealt with I have no complaints about. However I knew I wanted Will to handle this one (because he annoyed me so much when I purchased the Belmont property). I decided that if he fought for me as hard as he fought for the owner of the Belmont property then he was my best chance of getting a realistic price.This decision turned out to be the correct one. Will surprised me by returning my calls after hours with offers from prospective buyers. He conducted a virtual private auction and achieved a realization price that I was extremely happy with. If ever I was to be invited in on a high stakes poker game and Will Ainsworth was sitting at the table, I would respectfully decline the offer.

Trumpets did not blare as he arrived, treading the boards with ease and grace, but they might have. Once installed, his performance started slowly, steadily, then built with irresistible force; Mohammad persuading the mountain to come to him.
