Will has exceptional communication and negotiation skills. I was impressed in his communication turn around time and his service right up to Settlement Date. Always sincere and his credibility for himself and his team is paramount. We were blown away that the Agents paid for the Spider & Pest Control whilst this was a condition of the Vendors. This is not the Agents problem at all, though we were not impressed with the Vendors who didn't adhere to the pre-settlement conditions.
