My only suggestion for an even better experience relates to the text written for realestate.com.au - there were multiple factual mistakes in the original text and some of the language used was just confusing. Fortunately, Will was open to edits from me, so the text was able to be changed (it would have been great if the edits could have been incorporated prior to it going live on realestate.com.au though). Further to this, the floor plan for the house did not go up for some time (after the property went live) and when it did, there was a toilet missing. It took a couple of days to rectify this and I would have liked a faster response. Aside from these few issues, I could not be happier with my experience of selling my property with Will Torres and I would certainly recommend him to friends and family.
