We feel we were groomed for a buyer prior to going to market that didn’t eventuate. Ridiculous suggestions like buying bigger tv’s and planting out to block a view. A photo shoot that wasn’t beneficial for our property with the weather - twilight shoot with nice weather would have showcased our home better and was the initial request and discussion. We feel Will was spread thinly across the area and probably could do with assistance. The new owners of our property were over the top with request's and information that should have and could have waited until they settled. We feel Will was working more for the buyer, than us as the seller. Being in a country location, there should be a rotation of staff to be available for inspections on a Sunday for the city dweller looking at properties. We walked a buyer through ourselves on a Sunday. Price wasn’t meet for our expectations and we did have a buyer prepared to pay our price, so we know the property had the scope for the price. Will was available to meet the buyer at settlement but not when we left. We knew Will as a local, and like him as a person - maybe that was why it was so lax and so easy for him to request so much on behalf of the new buyer. Some information provided to new buyer was also incorrect. Sorry that this is an honest review
