I originally purchased the property from Integrity Real Estate back in 2015. It was obvious then that I would use the Agency again when it came time for me to sell. I actually intended to put the house on the market a few months previously but got cold feet. William was very understanding and let me come back to him when I thought the time was right. That time came about again in January 2024. William had a number of discussions with me about the approach for the sale and also what would be a reasonable sale price. I was reliant on William's knowledge of the market in the area. After advertising, there were a number of inspections, almost immediately. I wasn't certain how quickly the house may sell due to its rural location.
