I was referred to Xavier by a friend with multiple properties. He said Xavier made everything easy and did what he said he was going to do. In my experience, Xavier far exceeded my expectations. He truly went above and beyond. I live in Queensland and didn’t have the local knowledge or contacts to handle issues as they arose. My property needed painting, plastering, bathroom sealing, and electrical work, some of which very last minute. Xavier coordinated everything and made it happen fast. He put me onto a fantastic settlement agency as well, that also ran like clockwork. On top of that, he got me a fantastic result with the sale. Xavier always followed up and responded in a timely manner… keeping me informed what was happening in the market for my particular type of home in my area that was for sale; with questions or queries I had – especially as this was a new experience for me. He was encouraging and informative on how to best present the property for a successful sale. And he followed up with all the groups that came through to see the place…whether it was a weekend home open, or even a private viewing…and there was a few of those, too, to accommodate the interested buyers.
