Xavier was a great agent to deal with. He is very professional, knowledgeable and very personable. We would highly recommend appointing Xavier as your agent, and we would choose him again when the time comes to sell. Xavier was the selling agent when we purchased the property, so we have been able to deal with him as both Buyer and Seller.
Xavier Teague, would have to be in the top echelon of Realestate Salespersons. His thorough knowledge and very likeable character ,make him an ideal man to sell your property and look for another. I recommend Xavier without hesitation. Thank You. JR.

My experience with purchasing a home with Xavier Teague was fantastic. His knowledge of the market and his communication was second to none. As I havent purchased a new property for quite a while I found it quite stressful but Xavier helped me through the process all the way, explaining everything in detail, giving me advice, constantly reassuring me and keeping me informed of the progress of the sale. I am very happy with my new forever home, thank you so much Xavier.
Xavier was very approachable & always ready to assist. He has just the right balance of being friendly & relaxed while being very professional. It was a stress-free house-buying experience & I am delighted with the outcome. Thank you, Xavier.
Xavier operates as a very professional real estate agent. His area and product knowledge is very diverse. Easy to communicate with and worked with the buyers extremely well. I would recommend Xavier to anyone think of selling their home.
Great communication and a relaxed, friendly approach.
We were extremely pleased with Xavier's initial assessment and final outcome. His attention to detail was excellent. His knowledge of the real estate industry and current market was very helpful. We quickly built a rapport with him and he was very easy to communicate with and very efficient at all times. We were very satisfied from start to finish. We found Xavier to be extremely reliable and would certainly recommend him to anyone needing assistance with real estate matters.
Our selling experience with Xavier was first class. Xaviers market knowledge and recommendations for our property were 100% accurate, which enabled us to be sold within the first two weeks of going to market, without compromise in our expected sale price. His communication was excellent and reassuring through every step of the selling process. We would highly recommend Xavier as an agent to anyone.
Real estate agents generally cop a bad wrap but fortunately for me, my experience in selling our property was professional and positive. Xavier took the time to understand my family's situation, the personalities of multiple owners and used his local knowledge and Intel on how best to present and market a rather unique property. I/we were communicated with frequently and openly, so that on no occasion did we have to chase him for information. Our property sold within the appraisal price range and within the anticipated time frame. I have no hesitation in recommending Xavier.
Xavier's knowledge of the market place, housing in general and especially the area that we lived in and the area that we wanted to go to. He understood our needs and quietly worked away, always keeping us in mind until we found the townhouse that both wanted. He is absolutely professional in his approach to real estate and goes to a great deal of trouble to make sure that you are properly represented and your property is marketed to its fullest potential. Nothing is a problem for him and the amount of time that he spends with you makes you feel have complete confidence in him. Would thoroughly recommend Xavier to anyone that wishes to sell and/or purchase real estate.
Xavier is a fantastic agent, he's sincere, respectful, friendly and hard working. Xavier always has your property in mind and makes you feel like he has no other priority except getting the best outcome for all involved which is a fantastic quality of his. Thanks mate it's always a pleasure! Tim
