What is usually considered quite a stressful experience (selling your house) I found it all too easy because of Xavier's re-assurance and knowledge of the industry! His balance between being totally relatable and easy to chat with whilst being very professional with the actual selling of your home - you forget that it can be a stressful experience. Can't recommend him enough.

Xavier sold my property in Lake Coogee within 3 weeks, one of those weeks was during lockdown which was an even better result. Xavier's intimate knowledge of the area was the key to selling the property with all the extra amenities highlighted such as the parks in the area, proximity to the beach and shops that are near by. Xavier went the extra length to point all of these extras out to add extra value and attraction to the property which I believe is a testament to his dedication to both the seller and buyer.
