Yili's enthusiasm from the get go really impressed us. I thought she presented sound knowledge of the local market, she presented actual information on why she and her team get great results. She gave us great advice in regards to presenting the house. She encouraged us to spend some money presenting the property and I believe this paid us back in the sale price the agent achieved on auction day. Yili is a great agent and kept us informed throughout the campaign, she was always available to take our calls and made special trips to the house to present information when needed. I would say she was a major reason in us choosing the team and I would highly recommend her and the team she works with to sell your house.
