Once in a lifetime you come across a Real Estate agent that has incredible sales skills, a terrific personality, coupled with a tenacious drive, (that's Zac Smith) there were a number barriers Zac had to overcome during our marketing with him and he was able to identify them and counteract these concerns immediately, with a positive attitude and he's huge smile ! To ensure our contract was signed and sealed late on a Friday night, Zac cancelled his plans to enjoy a major football game with his friends in town so he could close the deal !
