They just did their job professionally (without fanfare and unnecessary spin) and provided higher quality marketing/photography, better organised inspections, a more rigorous assessment of applicants, kept me fully informed of progress and really helped to resolve issues. To cut a long story short, they found a quality tenant for the property just over one week after it was readvertised under their banner.
