Outstanding communication and genuine care of my property. Including me! As a first time investor and landlord Frank Dowling have made my life less stressful and easy being a first time investor. Great open inspection explained the property well and the terms and conditions then the girls back in the office the prompt and efficient in dealing with our inquiry and assist our application in good time and responded .

My experience with HPG was good. The agents I came across and worked with were all friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. I was renting my place out and worked alongside Chloe. I found my experience with her to be positive. She was professional and a good communicator; calling, texting or emailing all necessary information. When I was unsure of something, I was able to contact her and she provided me with the support and answers I needed. It didn't take too long for her to find renters for my property which made my experience a lot less stressful.
