Craig has taken time to explain things to me as a newbie to the leasing world and recommended providers for handyman and cleaning work who have all been excellent. Craig and his partner manage all the agency properties themselves, there's no outsourcing. It's a very personal, caring and flexible service that has gave me real peace of mind as I packed up my life to move overseas.
