Kate Sommervelle has been my property manager for 5 years. I have two inner city apartments that have been tenanted for almost the entire time. Kate and her team have moved furniture, facilitated interior designers and carefully vetted new tenants. With very little effort on my part, the properties are maintained well. I rented an apartment for 18 months through Ray White Ashfield until February 2024 and wanted to say a big Thank you to the team, especially Louisa Chan.
