I think they have a competent team right from sales to maintenance. Great experience for me.

Convenient Professional team

They are always on top of any problems we have with our property and provide appropriate advice and options for us for all kinds of issues - insurance, what to consider when renovating, maintenance needs and how to ensure we are keeping up to date with updated legislation.

My property manager Simon and Karen took good care of my property, provide great picture when rent with no cost, good communication, fair agent commission, 100% recommended to everyone to need good service for rental property.

Ray White Sunnybank has been very helpful in assisting us to find and move into a rental. They have been exceptional in their response time to queries especially around the tie of enquiring and signing of the lease. I would use the team at Sunnybank in the future.
