The service was great — the responses were very clear and fast. It feels like the agent is very experienced and professional. When they called me, their attitude was very friendly. I told them that my English isn’t very good, and they patiently slowed down their speaking for me.

This is our first time renting our investment property through an agency. Wow, truly a impressive experience overall. Much to my shock a property we had just purchased had been broken into between settlement and the first open house, by a homeless family. Luckily Jackie knew exactly what to do to gain possession within 24 hours and at the same time (despite quite the clean up required) was still able to rent the property for $50 more the expected at this same open house. I didn't have to deal with any of the trouble and now a few weeks on we have a happy family living in the property. Highly recommend Jackie and the My Logan Realty team! Kind Regards.
