I recently changed property managers after a pretty frustrating experience with my previous one. Tenant selection was critical for us as this was our home that we lovingly renovated and wanted to find great long term tenants who would enjoy our house as their home. Multiple inspections, several applications and we could have leased in the first week but Kellie knew that we wanted the right people. Found them!
