As first time investors, we felt incredibly comfortable with Nat from Image Propety organising our property. She was knowledge and always had prompt communication, supporting us through the process.

Meg providing excellent support in continuing tenancy in a challenging circumstance. When our tenant suddenly gave notice we were left with the challenge of a six month lease Meg ensured that we could maintain our income in an optimum way.

This is our first time renting our investment property through an agency. We were cautious who we would lease our property through as we have heard plenty of stories about poor performing leasing / property agents. Thankfully Belle Property have been absolutley great. Both Harry Stallman and Adele Romans have been absolutle professionals and just a delight to work with. They have just made the process so easy for us and I honestly couldn't recommend them high enough to others.

The experience in every aspect of as phenomenal

Wow, truly a impressive experience overall. Much to my shock a property we had just purchased had been broken into between settlement and the first open house, by a homeless family. Luckily Jackie knew exactly what to do to gain possession within 24 hours and at the same time (despite quite the clean up required) was still able to rent the property for $50 more the expected at this same open house. I didn't have to deal with any of the trouble and now a few weeks on we have a happy family living in the property. Highly recommend Jackie and the My Logan Realty team! Kind Regards.
