His communication was always clear, prompt ,professional and he was consistently kind and approachable. Any issues ,questions or requests were sorted out as quickly as possible and he was extremely helpful in every way during our tenancy. Communication has been seamless. Signing documents also easy and convenient. The property had 2 minor defects and both were fixed within 48hrs of notifying reception.
