Kandace is an exceptional property manager who helped us fast-track renovations (full re-paint & carpet, a/c install, and minor maintenance items) ahead of procuring a new tenant at the right weekly rent. We live in NSW, but it felt like we had our own Project Manager on site in QLD ! Kandace was fantastic at organising the trades and would call us immediately anything needed to be discussed. Following the refurb, Kandace was quick to get the property on the market and leased to a quality tenant at the right price. The staff I dealt with including the reception staffer were lovely to deal with, very helpful with all my questions. The staff are very supportive and Anja our property manager is just lovely, she was very pacient and took the time to explain the Our Tenant portal which is quite easy to navegate for a technically challenged person as myself. Wow, truly a impressive experience overall. Much to my shock a property we had just purchased had been broken into between settlement and the first open house, by a homeless family. Luckily Jackie knew exactly what to do to gain possession within 24 hours and at the same time (despite quite the clean up required) was still able to rent the property for $50 more the expected at this same open house. I didn't have to deal with any of the trouble and now a few weeks on we have a happy family living in the property. Highly recommend Jackie and the My Logan Realty team! Kind Regards.
