We have previouly rented from Brisbane Realty Group and just moved to another property managed by them. They are professional, quick to respond and assist. Getting the new place was quick and easy, everything went smoothly. Never had any problems with them. Highly recomended.

BRG’s local knowledge and marketing strategy yielded multiple rental applicants within the first 24 hours of advertising. This follows an unsuccessful experience with Harcourts, where there were no applicants after 15 days. Very glad I made the switch.

The team is amazing, helpful and supportive, I worked with them several times

Ranita and her team are friendly and professional. They get the job done in a timely manner. They defer to me when necessary, and only when necessary. They respect my wishes and preferences, and generally make my life easier.

Considering how stressed we have been in this awful rental market, Flourish have eased our worries and have been great to deal with. From the initial inspection with Ranita, to the signing of documentation, so far its all gone extremely smoothly. Ranita answered our questions very efficiently and considerately. Very friendly and approachable staff. 10/10

I can't praise Flourish Homes highly enough. They sold me the property and have continued to manage it for the three years since then. They are great communicators and assist both the tenants and me, the owner. Highly recommended ⭐️
