Lisa has been most supportive of both the owner and us as tenants. We’ve had to make changes to our lease ànd Lisa was most accomodating in this situation. She was also most diligent with regard to ensuring the property owners’ best interests were served. In terms of communication Lisa is quick ànd available - returning calls promptly ànd is clear. Lisa’s experience shines through too in her interactions with tenants - she knows her industry very well. I have given Lisa 5 stars because she has given us 5 star service. Matt and his team have been fantastic throughout the process of leasing my property. From the point of initial contact all spoken and written communication has been efficient. Matt secured tenants quickly and no question was too difficult.

Very happy with service so far, my only qualm is the generic email and phone number for the contact. I would prefer to have direct access to the person I’m addressing my question to.
