Overview of Beaconsfield, WA, 6162

Without a second thought, Semple PG picked up my rental and ran with it. In a matter of 6 weeks the old tenant was moved on without a hitch, cleaners sorted out and had a new tenant in the property and rented it out for $25p/w more than the asking price!! Thank you!!

Lisa is amazing! She worked around our schedule and made sure we could be in our home when we needed it.

We are so lucky to have such a great property manager in Lisa Myles. Polite, courteous, helpful and respectful. 10/10 from us.

Turn around on application was quick and seamless. We’ve only been renting for a few months in our current place and they have been excellent communicators and very responsive.

Property Manager and Leasing Agents Anita Dunning and Ana Ramic at Fremantle RWDG once again worked seamlessly to ensure minimum time and disruption re-tenanting our property. The entire process from old tenant move out to new tenants moving in was handled with absolute efficiency and professionalism. Thank you, Anita and Ana

Ray White Dethridge Groves was a great experience with very friendly staff who were very prompt and clear with the application and it's process through to being picked as the successful applicant.Kept us in the loop so we're were always aware of things we required.A very enjoyable and exciting experience of our first taste of Fremantle living
