Overview of Spearwood, WA, 6163

They know what they’re doing and very easy to communicate as well. Both Karen & Julia Showed great professionalism throughout the process.

The team spent time assisting me with unbiased advise and support during the purchase and leasing of my property, they have acted with integrity and honesty throughout and helped me achieve a great result. I highly recommend Peak Central from both a landlord perspective and for the way I see them treat tenants with integrity and respect.

Dan was initially recommended to me by my brother who does some contracting work for Edison McGrath. He was then further recommended by my mum after my parents started the rental process through Dan. The whole family (including myself) has only good things to say about Edison McGrath. From the initial phone calls and dealing with Dan to the initial consult at home with Ross and further multiple phone calls with Dan regarding potential tenants, Edison McGrath have been professional and outstanding lot helpful throughout the whole process. We will recommend these guys 100% over!

My experience renting through Edison McGrath was very positive. Dan treated me with respect and was always patient with my questions. He communicated clearly, was approachable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate his professionalism and support. Thank you

Nicole was great to work with. She was quick to respond to my queries. She was very approachable and made our experience stress free. We would highly recommend Realty Plus to anyone.

Realty plus so far has been great to deal with. They’ve always answered my calls and emails when needed. Have been lovely to talk with and have been a lot of help with sorting a rental property.

My husband and I have interacted with Tracy when viewing properties to buy and Nicole as a property manager as tenants. Both women are kind, professional and honest. As a property manager Nicole has excellent communication, time management and is fully transparent. Nicole has gone out of her way to ensure we have everything we need, and even checked in to make sure we were settled.
