Helped me with the after process of the application approval. In constant communication to get things sorted.

Excellent communicator and always prompt response. Vivid understand my concerns and property needs very well. Always give me guidance and support and clear directions regarding the transition of my property from old to new tenant recently. The desired outcome turned out to be a thankful and delightful experience for me and indeed far exceeded my expectations. Every phase of the re-tenanting process was so well-planned, organized, managed and executed and was smoothly, seamlessly and swiftly accomplished within quite a short time. I was even updated and comprised of any pertinent information daily. My sincere appreciation to Niki, Michele, Jasmine and the entire leasing team for their sedulous efforts and time to make this transition a success. Kudos and my hearty thanks go to Vivid Property Perth! Margaret

We had a recent great experience with Vivid Property, our property manager. They were prompt, efficient, professional, and responsive to our requests. The entire process was handled smoothly and with great attention to detail.

We are provided with exceptional services during the property findings, settlement, handover, improvement works after settlement and tenant selection. The Agent - all representatives provided us a good service in a timely manner. We were unavailable to attend the property being in interstate during settlement, the Agent was always there to update us and provided us information as required. Our phone calls and emails were returned as practicable and courteous manner. We are looking forward to experience the journey of our next stages. I would recommend the Agent to others for their services.

I've used O'Neill realestate for several years now. Laurinda has always been professional and knowledgeable about the market, especially my area. Laurinda has always been available and patient in guiding me through the process of renting out my property. I would recommend O'Neill.

Our property management team at O'neil Real Estate has been very professional, with excellent customer support, they communicate effectively keeping us updated with the ongoing management of our property assets and even in-depth screening and picking the right tenants for us. Simply put, they made our lives a lot easier and simpler by doing all the work for us at a low cost. We highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get into real estate.

We cannot fault our experience with Kristy. Her communication, professionalism, and transparency is incomparable. She is devoted to providing an excellent service, not only for us as landlords but for our lovely tenants, that is an investment in itself. Not once have we had to question her judgement, recommendations, or decisions and genuinely wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Thank you Kristy.

As we are currently residing overseas we are so grateful for the team for being so accommodating and helpful with communication and all the logistical details of managing our property. Thank you!

Rob and his team were very helpful and explaining and walking us through the whole rental process. We own house for 20 years and needed a rental after we sold. He is very nice.
