Overview of Beerwah, QLD, 4519

The team from management to staff are amazing and very professional. They are very efficient and 100% dedicated to looking after my needs. I wholly trust them with my property as I live interstate. The knowledge they have truly makes it comfortable to let them handle my property.

I have nothing but praise for the level of professionalism from the team. They keep me well informed, carry out comprehensive documentation at all stages. Communication throughout the process has been incredible as well. Fast turn around when needed. Can't praise them enough, Thanks.

They were very easy to deal with. Answered my questions immediately and helpful when it came to anything they could do to make it easier for me.

Highly professional and friendly approach. Very good at filtering applications and communicating info during the process, despite having to deal with a couple of time-wasting applicants.

Follows every thing up ,treats the rented property like her own

Working with this real estate agent has been an absolute pleasure. They are incredibly friendly, genuinely understanding, and consistently go above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress‑free. What stood out most was how much they truly care about their clients — it never felt like just a transaction. They listened, they supported, and they put in real effort every step of the way. If you’re looking for someone who is not only professional but also compassionate and dedicated, I couldn’t recommend them more highly. An exceptional experience from start to finish. i am so so blessed to be working through the agent Katie! She is so friendly, so understanding and dubiously polite! i am so grateful for Katie and the whole team!

Very good company to do business with Particular mention has to be made of our property manager Katie Mocker. This lady is a great property manager and follows everything right through. If all property manager were like Katie it would be a dream to rent properties.

So professional, trustworthy, respectful, responsive and puts all parties needs first. Very very highly recommend. Past management companies have nothing on this team. Hand down they have done more to protect my property than any other company. With our being asked. Truly grateful I have this team on my side !!!

It was the most important decision of my life. I am elderly now. Somehow I fell on my feet. I chose McGraths first up. Then again a second important ingagement with McGraths and then 9 months later a third and final. McGraths gave me one smooth and sweet ride through a very complex trip for me. I came out well ontop with all 3 .Everybody walked away happy. They are stand up people with a stand out knowledge and service. Always greatful now.

We haven't moved into our new rental as yet,but the service and communication has been great once we heard of our approval for the property.Thanks.
