Sonya is good in her job. She's showing good communication towards landlord through emails, etc... Repair man had been guided pre post photos job well done - shared to landlord.

I feel they care about both sides of the relationship which is rare in this market. Of course I am lucky and have wonderful owners but they need to ensure their investment is managed appropriately and Gemma works across both sides very well to ensure long term, successful and harmonious outcomes are achieved.
