We recently moved into a rental property leased by Position One Property and from first inspection to now, finally being moved in we have encountered the most incredibly professional team. It was clear from day 1 they cared about their tenants just as much as their home owners which in my opinion is a number one quality of this agency. In the past other agencies have failed miserably making us as tenants feel “lower class”. Position One has been fair and reasonable on all encounters and I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again when we choose to buy our own home. We have dealt with nearly everyone in Position One Coorparoo and have found all to be professional in their manner but also super friendly and honest. Thank you Position One Coorparoo!

Our property manager is Emerence Jonker. She managed our property with a different agency many years ago, and we hunted her down after becoming disgruntled with said previous agency. Emerance's property management knowledge is second-to-none, as is her awareness of the rental market in the Ipswich area. She attends to any property issues without delay and with the minimum amount of disruption to our tennants. We trust her implicitly with our property. She is supported by a strong team at Crowne Real Estate.

They took over management of my property from another agency during a vacant period and immediately turned things around, sourcing a fantastic tenant quickly and completely hassle-free. Wow, truly a impressive experience overall. Much to my shock a property we had just purchased had been broken into between settlement and the first open house, by a homeless family. Luckily Jackie knew exactly what to do to gain possession within 24 hours and at the same time (despite quite the clean up required) was still able to rent the property for $50 more the expected at this same open house. I didn't have to deal with any of the trouble and now a few weeks on we have a happy family living in the property. Highly recommend Jackie and the My Logan Realty team! Kind Regards.

The team at My Logan Realty has continuously impressed me. They have been managing a few of my properties lately.
