Overview of Bellbird Park, QLD, 4300

We had a great experience with Trish. She was very prompt, professional, and clear in her communication throughout the whole process. Everything was handled smoothly, making it easy for us to secure our rental home. Really appreciate all her help and would definitely recommend her!

The process, follow up response is great. Thanks

We honestly cannot thank STRUD enough for everything they did to help us secure our new home. From start to finish they went absolutely above and beyond, always keeping us updated, answering every question and making what is such a stressful process feel so much easier. Their professionalism and genuine care did not go unnoticed and we are so grateful for all the extra effort they put in for us. It truly felt like they wanted the best outcome for our family and thanks to them, we now have a place to call home. We highly recommend STRUD to anyone looking for a real estate agent who truly cares about their clients. Thank you again for everything — we appreciate them more than words can say!

Although my overall experience with the agency has been mixed due to frequent changes of property managers over the years, my experience with Ms. Emma Tabke has been outstanding. Ms. Emma Tabke has been highly professional, responsive, and efficient in managing the leasing of my property. She maintained excellent communication throughout the process, kept me informed at every stage, and worked diligently to secure suitable tenants in a timely manner. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to providing excellent customer service gave me great confidence that my property was being well managed. I am extremely pleased with her performance and truly appreciate her dedication and professionalism. Ms. Emma Tabke is a real asset to the agency, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive property manager.

Olivia and Kiearnna with RW Brookwater have been excellent at navigating us through the process of starting an investment property and the practical steps needed to make it a reality. They have been clear, direct and communicate very well with excellent knowledge on the processes/logistics and legalities on developing an investment property as well as good knowledge of the area and surrounding market. We couldn't recommend this team higher. - Sam and Eb

Kimberley is absolutely fantastic, couldn't ask for better.

Megan Smart has been my property manager, and she has been like a little sister to me. Looking after a difficult period, but always thinking about the landlord. Highly recommend this organisation and Megan to look after your property !

We have rented for or almost 30 years and can honestly say our current property manager Meg Smart is up there with the very best. From day one she has always been efficient and caring in all her dealings. We are so grateful to have her as our Property Manager.
