Agencies in Bellbird Park, QLD, 4300

Having invested in residential property across Australia for 20 years, I am thoroughly impressed by the team at Image Property Aspley, especially Larissa Jermyn. When a complex switchboard maintenance issue threatened to run wildly over budget, Larissa stepped in with exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills. Through her sharp negotiation, she secured a full refund from a previous contractor and negotiated a substantial reduction on a separate inflated maintenance invoice. Her clear communication, initiative, and dedication to protecting her clients' yields are a breath of fresh air in the industry. She doesn't just manage properties, she actively advocates for owners. Highly recommended!

We have had a fantastic experience working with Ian Jung and the Image Property team across both of our investment properties. Ian has been incredibly professional, approachable and helpful throughout the entire process. He has always been responsive, kept us well informed and has gone above and beyond to make managing our properties as straightforward and stress-free as possible. We really appreciate Ian’s communication, attention to detail and willingness to help whenever we have had questions or needed assistance. It’s reassuring knowing our properties are in such capable hands. I have been very pleased with Claires' excellent handling of my rental property. She shows a great understanding of my needs as an owner as well as the needs of the renter. Thank you Claire. Keep up the good work.
