Kiarra is our property manager and right from the start she has been fantastic to deal with. We had several issues with the property when we moved in and within the first couple of weeks she had arranged for people to come in and do the repairs. She has stayed in touch all the way through the process. We can't thank her enough for how quick she got things done.

We had a great experience with our agent Molly throughout the rental process. She was always really friendly, responsive and helpful, and kept us well informed along the way. Communication was great and she made the whole process of securing our rental feel easy and straightforward. We really appreciated all of her help and would definitely recommend her!

Reasonable property, easy transition, very professional and friendly communication.

Thank you very much to Jordie and Bailey, both of you have been awesome with replying to emails and the detail that has gone into pictures/descriptions being sent through when my latest tenant has exited is outstanding.

A helpful team that was good to deal with remotely. Thanks guys

I have dealt with Ross Realty for many years for, both property management and sales and cannot fault the service I have received. The staff are excellent, very professional and personable in all dealings.

Great experience we have with our property manager Rajni walia. She is absolutely incredible. Always responds on time for any queries, and is open in communication. We are really grateful to her as she helped me on that time when we were looking for a house in our preferred area, which we got with her help. We highly appreciate and recommend her services and if needed in future will chose her😊.
