Michelle is one of our veteran Senior Property Manager experts with over 15 years’ experience and 10 of them spent in our office. This has enabled her to be an expert in the city fringe investment property pocket area giving her an edge of experience of the highs and lows of the market trends in the Perth market. Michelle is known for her honesty and transparency when dealing with her clients and if she says she’ll do something then you can be assured it will get done. Her wealth of experience and knowledge of the Perth market allows her to ensure your investment is well protected against risk and that your property is working as a successful investment. Michelle is also a mum to two beautiful daughters Alyssa and Abby and loves nothing better than spending time with her family and enjoying the simple things in life.

With over a decade of experience in property management, Brodie began his real estate career as a property management administrator before being awarded his own portfolio of clients. Brodie then relocated to Broome where he was responsible for managing Government Officers Regional Housing tenancies before he came back to Perth to work for a CBD-based agency that was focused on the corporate sector. This breadth of experience has exposed Brodie to all facets of property management including trust accounting, business development, leasing and mentoring junior staff. “I worked at a number of real estate companies both here in Perth and in our North-West and what attracted me to Abel Property was the processes and procedures they have in place. It’s a very streamlined operation here and by having such a great structure in place allows me to do what I really love about this career – and that’s helping people,” Brodie said.

It was these values coupled with her love for interacting and helping people that led her to work in the Hospitality industry. Enjoying the customer-facing role, it wasn’t long before Jessie found herself in Real Estate, starting as an Assistant Property Manager in 2012. Jessie has strong family values saying that “My family and my close friend circle are very important to me”. This is what drew her to Abel Property; a family-owned business. She said: “I love working within such a large team, especially one with similar family values as me. It’s nice to be in an environment where everyone supports each other, just like a family!” Her bubbly and enthusiastic personality helps her thrives in her role at Abel Property as she spends a lot of time engaging with a variety of different people, applicants, tenants and landlords. Jessie is constantly willing to do whatever she can to assist her clients and team members, ensuring that they reach the best outcome. When Jessie isn’t working or spending time with her loved ones, she takes an interest in the makeup and beauty world – she even has a Certificate in Makeup Artistry!

Kayla started her real estate experience back in 2006, and continued to strive for growth and progression throughout her career. With twelve years’ experience under her belt, Kayla is an invaluable member to the team, bringing her love of problem solving, enthusiasm to learn and ‘can do’ attitude to her role at Abel Property. Nothing is too much for Kayla as she constantly gives 110% to all that she does, ensuring that she executes all the goals that she sets. Her infectious smile brings a smile to the faces around her as she always goes above and beyond to help in any way she can. When she’s not hard at work, Kayla maintains a healthy work/life balance, keeping herself integral and accountable.

Prior to working in real estate, Suzanne has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage and banking industry. As a qualified mortgage broker, Suzanne operated and managed her own successful mortgage broking business for 10 years. Through this, she developed a diverse skillset that helped her business grow. Maintaining close relationships with her client base, she was recognised for her dedication and won many sales and customer service awards. These personal experiences combined with her ‘can do’ approach, helped Suzanne assist her clients through the myriad of finance application queries and property settlement issues. These skills hold Suzanne in good standing in her role at Abel Property. Starting off in the Cottesloe office, Suzanne seamlessly transitioned to the team at the Leederville office as a property manager. Her extensive knowledge in property management and ability to communicate clearly with her co-workers and clients made her an invaluable member of the team. When Suzanne is not working, she focuses all her energy on her family as family time is important to her. She adores spending time with her daughter, supporting her love for dance and also socialising with her friends.

It’s Jess’s love of client interaction and meeting and exceeding their expectations that drives her to be her best. With problem-solving skills that are second-to-none, a prompt and professional manner and 10 years’ industry experience, she’s certainly popular amongst her clients. Originally from Bunbury, since moving to the big smoke Jess enjoys spending her down time focusing on health and fitness, music, and travelling abroad.
