I'm on the tenant side of thing's and found the whole process of acquiring the property (thanks Charlotte) to rental inspections (thanks Alyssa) to be very friendly and straight forward. They have always been a phone call away if needed and answer with happy friendliness.. .even to my stupid questions : ) Keep up the great work guys!

Without a second thought, Semple PG picked up my rental and ran with it. In a matter of 6 weeks the old tenant was moved on without a hitch, cleaners sorted out and had a new tenant in the property and rented it out for $25p/w more than the asking price!! Thank you!!
