Justine continues to do an awesome job managing my property. She is extremely proactive, has a great attention to detail, and gets things done quickly. The recent change in tenancy for the property is a good example - within less than 24 hours of the tenancy confirming they will vacate, it was readvertised and the first viewing was arranged.
Everytime my apartment has been re-leased out the team have been fabulous at getting everything sorted and I have always been able to relet the apartment quickly. I'm very pleased with the outcomes.
