They are super friendly and went out of their way to answer all of our questions, even down to finding out the size of the fridge space , which I had failed to note down when we inspected. They have also been very patient as we kept returning with even more questions. We never felt rushed by then even when I know they had a lot of inspections to conduct. I wish everyone was as nice .
