Im used to dealing with agents that go back and forth and don't really do much for me. This is not the case for NU Management at all. They've been with me from the start to the finish and their service is always on top. If I had to trust them with my property they would be my number one pick!

I have recently changed my property management company and Grant has made the process as seamless as possible. Even though it was not without drama leaving the old management agency. Grant has managed to follow up in person proactively and made sure everything was moving and transitioning. Grant is knowledgeable and care about my property equally like as if his other clients who may have more than one properties he manages for them. He will listen to what I am asking and also give the best solution for it. I really prefer his boutique agency which is not a chain like other big real estate names.
