From viewing to key handover, the process was very smooth. Communication was prompt and everything was explained clearly - no guesswork! The service displayed by Rob & The Professionals team has been a welcome change after months of applying for rentals in such a competitive market. Other agents presented quite dismissive, were often non communicative, no pride taken in presenting a rental, and provided little to no feedback on request - and why would they when they know the property is going to be tenanted regardless, right?
