Advice is strong. Repairs are considered and to our needs. Our agent's occasional downtime is covered so we don't skip a beat.

From viewing to key handover, the process was very smooth. Communication was prompt and everything was explained clearly - no guesswork! The service displayed by Rob & The Professionals team has been a welcome change after months of applying for rentals in such a competitive market. Other agents presented quite dismissive, were often non communicative, no pride taken in presenting a rental, and provided little to no feedback on request - and why would they when they know the property is going to be tenanted regardless, right? Well, this has not been my experience with the team at The Professionals. They have ensured I felt like a valued client, not just another tenant which in turn affords the same care and service to the homeowner also. Highly recommend

Rob has been excellent to work with throughout the entire process. We have actually known Rob for several years from when we were tenants in a rental property he managed. During that time, we saw firsthand how he looked after the property as if it were his own, which gave us confidence to trust him to manage our investment property as well. From preparing the property for rent to securing quality tenants, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Rob even offered to attend the pre-settlement inspection with us, which was extremely helpful in checking the house before purchase. He has also been very proactive in coordinating with tenants and contractors during our recent air-conditioning installation. Tracy and the Property Management team at Remax Extreme are extremely switched on and knowledgeable. We're from interstate and that didn't really matter as Tracy ensured we had the best customer experience from the start. Tracy provided excellent advice and capitalised on their network of service providers to complete the necessary works very quickly and get the property ready for tenancy. Ultimately, they managed to lease the house after the first open home. We are in very capable hands with the Remax Extreme team.

Karen Mckenzie was our Property Manager she conducted herself with great communication & professionalism with any problems we had at the property she got right on to it. We would have to say she was the best Property Manager we have ever had in our many years of rentals. We would like to say she has become a good friend as well. Karen showed a lot of empathy too with our situation of us having to break our lease for that property.
