Brooke is amazing. We had my brand new property online for over 30 days with not one application. Proactively Brooke paid attention and reached out to see if there was anything causing that. I made the decision to switch over just due to her proactive attitude. Within 4 days we had 4 applications and a tenant secured for the property. She has been super diligent in every aspect and we would have no hesitation highly recommending her as a property manager in the future.
North Brisbane Real Estate are professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the leasing entire process. Everything is always handled smoothly and on time. Highly recommend

A big thank you to Sapphire Estate, especially Mr Lamichhane & Mr Kandel, for you supports during the maintenance and letting process. You guys have been amazing in looking after our properties & ensuring they are rented as per the market. You have always demonstrated a good knowledge of things going around in property and/ or rental market in "hot" Brissy.

We are currently renting a property through Q Place Real Estate, and our experience has been very positive. On behalf of myself and my housemates, I would like to appreciate Hardik for his professionalism and support throughout the leasing process. He has great market knowledge, communicates clearly, and is always responsive whenever we have any questions or concerns. The whole process was smooth and stress-free because of his guidance. Even after moving in, he continues to be helpful and approachable. We truly appreciate his dedication and would highly recommend his services.
