Wanted to say how amazing Clancy in the rental team has been. She has managed our property for a long time and has always been so responsive, diligent, kind, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. However, the last few months she has gone above and beyond and truly exhibited outstanding service. We are selling our property (with another agency) yet she has seen the handover through right till the end. Her emails are also so informative, clear, helpful and she has made the process seamless. Krystle was our property manager when we were renting, and then once we had an investment property, she was the first person was called to manage our property.
