Applications process was a bit hard as technology has changed significantly since I last rented. Patience and help was provided in spades by all the girls I spoke to and then obviously the cherry on top was getting approved for the rental ☺️

It’s often said that property managers work primarily for the owner, but Demi really stood out by making me feel just as valued as the tenant. That balance is rare and in my opinion, it’s exactly what creates a successful tenancy. Demi was professional, approachable and genuinely considerate throughout the process. It made a big difference feeling respected and heard, and I’d happily recommend her to anyone looking for a property manager who understands both sides.

First impressions are the give away & I make special mention of Bree. Friendly, good communication skills, well presented and welcomed all viewers through the door plus was available for any queries, arrived ahead of viewing time to view the rental before us multitudes, looked through the rentals. Plus, the follow up is just as important, email follow ups were consistent and came with the understanding of being available should one need to call or email, Bree...or any agent. We have been impressed with Harcourts Rosny Park from the moment we decided to use them to manage our Hobart property. The service we have received from Bree is head and shoulders above the other property management team that we use for our other property. The tools that are available to assist with communications, repair requests, etc are very useful as we are many hours away and unable to pop into the office. As we don't live in Hobart, Bree has arranged for all of the maintenance and repair services that we have needed with quotes quickly forwarded to us. The tenant selection process and documentation was also appreciated and allowed us to make an informed decision regarding tenant selection.

Have onboarded Petrusma property for approximately 12 months now and I have found them to be the complete end to end service you need to manage your investment property. All the team are friendly and welcoming from the get go, always available to answer calls emails. They keep you well informed and updated on matters relating to your property.
